About the Role
We are seeking a Reservation and Groups Supervisor to join the team at Novotel London Bridge, a vibrant 4-star hotel with 182 chic bedrooms, a Gourmet Bar and Restaurant, and a fitness centre. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective room sales management and group bookings. You will be responsible for organising and ensuring the quality of the room sales service by maximising occupancy rates and average room rates. Collaboration with the Revenue Manager and Operations Manager is key to achieving the highest profitability for the department and hotel. You will establish excellent relationships with customers to foster loyalty, manage invoicing for no-shows and cancellations, and provide support at the front desk when necessary. The ideal candidate is approachable, friendly, and able to connect with guests to create memorable stays.

Experience
Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or groups, ideally within a busy hotel environment. Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Opera/PMS. Good understanding of room inventory, rates, availability, and group bookings.

Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines. Confident in handling group enquiries, contracts, deposits, and billing requirements. Good commercial awareness with the ability to identify upselling and revenue opportunities. Professional, guest-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills. Good level of written and spoken English.
