About the Role
Join Raffles London at The OWO, a landmark Grade II* listed Edwardian building offering 120 rooms and suites alongside 85 branded residences. As a Residential Concierge Assistant, you will deliver an exceptional, warm, and highly personalised concierge service to residents and their guests, ensuring a welcoming and refined daytime experience. You will act as the primary point of contact within the building, maintaining a visible, approachable, and professional presence at all times.

Your responsibilities include managing resident, guest, and contractor arrivals and departures with efficiency and discretion; coordinating concierge services such as bookings, deliveries, taxis, couriers, and local recommendations aligned with luxury service standards; overseeing front-of-house presentation to ensure all public and resident-facing areas are immaculate and well maintained; and monitoring building security systems and access control while maintaining a calm and reassuring environment.

You will liaise with property management, maintenance teams, and approved contractors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, handle resident enquiries professionally, manage keys, access fobs, parcels, and deliveries securely, and maintain accurate, confidential records of interactions and incidents. Supporting compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and data protection requirements is essential.

Additional responsibilities include covering for the line manager or senior employee when absent and performing other duties as required, including working in different departments or restaurants within the development.

At Raffles, you arrive as a guest, leave as a friend, and return as family, working within a brand that values respect, belonging, integrity, empowerment, and excellence.

Requirements

Experience
Recent experience within luxury residential environments, 5-star hotels, or a similar role is essential. Knowledge of competitors and event industry trends is advantageous. Previous experience working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is desirable.

About you
You are enthusiastic and committed to delivering the best service and experiences possible in any situation. You have a proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure, exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken, and strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining an immaculate and professional appearance.

Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and written, is essential. A willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required is important. Additional formal qualifications are not specified but a polished, hospitality-led approach and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards are expected.
