About the Role
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Albie, the vibrant restaurant at The Hoxton, Southwark. You will take full ownership of the front-of-house service, setting the tone for culture and standards while inspiring and developing a high-performing team. Working closely with the kitchen and senior Food & Beverage leadership, you will ensure smooth service, strong collaboration and consistent delivery. You will manage labour, rotas and payroll in line with budget without compromising the guest experience. Your role includes overseeing training, onboarding and performance management to embed brand values and service expectations. You will monitor financial performance, stock levels and compliance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. As an ambassador for Albie, you will collaborate with events, sales and wider Hoxton teams to create memorable guest experiences.

Experience
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up in a high-volume, premium restaurant or bar environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and build engaged, motivated teams. Experience managing labour, costs and operational KPIs.
