We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Retail Sous Chef to join our team overseeing a bustling hospitality department. This is a fantastic chance for a passionate chef to take the next step in their culinary career and be part of a business that is truly obsessed with food and developing talent.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef, ensuring food safety at all times. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and uphold high quality standards in presentation and taste. Collaboration with team members and coaching junior chefs will be key, as well as contributing to menu development alongside the head chef. Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment upkeep will also be part of your role.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Hospitality Sous Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications
