About the Role
Wates Property Services (WPS) are seeking a skilled and motivated Roofer to join our Responsive Maintenance Team in Lambeth. You will carry out a range of roofing repair and renewal works to homes across Lambeth, delivering high-quality reactive repairs to social housing residents. You will communicate clearly and professionally with schedulers, residents, and your line manager, ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding standards. Staying updated with the latest technical and legal requirements in your trade is essential. You will work collaboratively with other operatives to complete multi-trade repairs and accurately complete digital job sheets and material logs via a PDA device.

Experience
NVQ Level 2 in Roofing or a similar related trade qualification is required. Experience in roofing repair and renewal works is essential.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are important, as is the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
