About the Role
We are looking for a Room Attendant to join the team at The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush. The hotel features 237 playfully designed bedrooms, an all-day restaurant serving Thai American comfort food, a large open lobby with vintage seating and cosy corners, a central wraparound bar, and a terrace. Located in the heart of Shepherd's Bush, it offers easy access to explore West London.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards, ensuring they are well presented and maintained. You will report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and public areas through KnowCross and ensure all areas meet brand and quality audit standards. Your duties will also include cleaning and servicing public and exterior areas such as guest entrances and loading bays, overseeing linen and terry delivery and collection, stocking linen and housekeeping supplies, and maintaining cleanliness on guest floors.

You will assist the housekeeping team with other tasks as required, adhere to Health and Safety standards including COSHH regulations, attend all required training sessions, and maintain a positive and friendly attitude. Providing the highest level of customer care and a helpful, responsive service to guests is essential. You will also assist in cleaning public and back of house areas as needed.

Experience
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Enthusiasm and attention to detail are key.

You have the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers and maintain a friendly, helpful attitude at all times.
