About the Role
The Savoy is one of the world's most iconic hotels, renowned for outstanding service excellence and five-star luxury hospitality. As a Room Attendant, you will take pride in creating the finest presentation of guest bedrooms and public areas, consistently exceeding guest expectations. You will start by specialising in guest rooms with opportunities to develop skills in public areas, laundry, and cloakroom, becoming a well-rounded multi-skilled Guest Servicing Agent.

Your responsibilities include servicing guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, handling guest requests and belongings with care and discretion, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging with guests to create memorable experiences. You will assist with laundry and valet services, process guest garments and staff uniforms, and ensure all communications align with our service standards. You will also be responsible for reporting maintenance issues, completing room audits, and ensuring safe use of master room keys. This role requires a warm, enthusiastic personality and a commitment to putting guests first at all times.

Experience
Minimum 6 months in housekeeping and 1 year in the hospitality industry preferred but not essential.
