About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Rooms Division Manager to lead our Reception and Housekeeping teams at Novotel London Blackfriars. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of both departments, ensuring exceptional guest service, high standards of cleanliness, and the smooth, efficient running of the hotel.
