About the Role
Join us in bringing the iconic Raffles experience to London at Raffles London at The OWO, a landmark Grade II* Edwardian building on Whitehall. This role is based within Mauro Colagreco Restaurants, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional day-to-day service during the breakfast shift. As a Chef de Rang, you will lead a station, manage commis waiters, and ensure smooth service while maintaining the highest standards from guest arrival to departure. You will act as the key communication point between front of house and back of house teams, support hostess, baristas and other colleagues, and relay guest feedback to management.

Your responsibilities include expert knowledge of the menu, delivering food orders promptly with detailed explanations, assisting with table settings, ensuring food safety standards, and committing to sustainable practices in waste management and purchasing. You will also cover additional duties in the absence of senior staff and may be required to work in different departments or restaurants as needed.

Experience
Proven track record of surprising and delighting guests with high levels of service under pressure. Previous experience within a luxury hotel environment working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is desirable.

Flexible and able to respond to a range of work situations. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
