About the Role
Join the expanding Mace Advisory Centre of Excellence within Mace Consult, where construction expertise meets consultancy to unlock potential in every person and project. You will be part of a team delivering strategic advice to property and infrastructure clients globally, contributing to some of the world’s most iconic projects. The role requires a broad and flexible technical skillset to complement existing teams, focusing on service excellence, continuous improvement, and product development. You will provide strategic advisory capability across multiple service lines and sectors, including strategy and investment, construction and productivity, strategic development, asset and portfolio performance, commercial and delivery, or change and transformation. This role involves client liaison, business development support, and delivering high-quality advisory commissions. Mace values inclusion and offers flexible working arrangements. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Experience
Proven advisory experience in a consultancy business, ideally at a senior manager level. Demonstrable track record of delivering advisory commissions and maintaining client relationships. Experience in two or more of the following areas is highly desirable: operating model/governance design, organisation design, capital planning and built asset management, feasibility studies for large capital projects, economic and financial modelling, benefits management, change management on major transformation programmes, and commercial experience in supply chain management, procurement, commercial management, or contract negotiations.

Passionate about knowledge sharing, upskilling colleagues, and supporting junior staff development.
Qualifications
Professional qualification or chartership relevant to your area of specialism and/or postgraduate level study is expected. An existing network of client contacts and subject matter experts is advantageous.
