Our team has a proven track record delivering a wide variety of commissions with property and infrastructure clients globally. We seek candidates with a broad and flexible technical skillset to complement our team by offering strategic advice alongside Mace sector teams, focusing on service excellence, continuous improvement, and product development.
Ideal candidates will have strategic advisory capability deployable across service lines and sectors, with specialisms in one or more areas including strategy and investment, construction and productivity, strategic development, asset and portfolio performance, commercial and delivery, or change and transformation. Senior manager roles require proven advisory experience in consultancy, professional qualification or chartership relevant to your specialism and/or postgraduate study. You will have an existing network of client contacts and subject matter experts and a track record of delivering advisory commissions.

As a Senior Advisory Consultant you will provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients, ensure excellence in client liaison and service, maintain and develop professional relationships, support business development and bid activities, and bring in-depth knowledge of one or more property and infrastructure sectors such as Aviation, Rail, Roads, Healthcare, Nuclear, Utilities, Energy Transition, and Central and Local Government.
You will be a creative collaborator passionate about sharing knowledge, upskilling colleagues, and supporting junior staff development, aligned with Mace’s values of safety, client focus, integrity, and creating opportunity.
Experience
Proven advisory experience in a consultancy business, delivering strategic advice and recommendations to clients. Experience in managing multiple short-term commissions with flexibility and agility. Demonstrable skills in research, analysis, creative idea generation, optioneering, and delivering high-quality presentations and reports. Existing network of client contacts and subject matter experts. Experience in two or more of the following areas: operating model/governance design, organisation design, capital planning and asset management, feasibility studies, economic and financial modelling, benefits management, change management, and commercial management.

Qualifications
