About the Role
Join the expanding Mace Advisory Centre of Excellence within Mace Consult, delivering expert consultancy across property and infrastructure sectors globally. You will provide strategic advisory services to clients, supporting Mace sector teams with a broad and flexible technical skillset. The role focuses on service excellence, continuous improvement, and product development. You will deploy strategic advisory capabilities across service lines including strategy and investment, construction and productivity, strategic development, asset and portfolio performance, commercial and delivery, or change and transformation.

As a Senior Aviation Advisory Consultant, you will have proven advisory experience in consultancy, ideally with professional qualifications or chartership and/or postgraduate study. You will maintain and develop client relationships, support business development, and contribute to bid activities. Your expertise will be applied across multiple sectors such as Aviation, Rail, Roads, Healthcare, Nuclear, Utilities, Energy Transition, and Government.

Experience
Proven advisory experience in a consultancy business with a professional qualification or chartership related to your specialism and/or postgraduate level study. Track record of delivering advisory commissions and maintaining client relationships. Experience in two or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
- Operating model/governance design, preferably in management consulting.
- Organisation design including team sizing, management spans, layers, and role profile development.
- Capital planning and built asset management for large-scale capital projects.
- Feasibility studies evaluating engineering, financial, and economic perspectives.
- Economic and financial modelling for investment decisions in infrastructure or real estate.
- Benefits management and benefits realisation frameworks.
- Change management on major transformation programmes.
- Commercial experience in supply chain management, procurement, commercial management, or contract negotiations.

Demonstrates strong research, analysis, creative ideation, and optioneering skills. Able to develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports. Digitally savvy and motivated to learn new skills. Comfortable with uncertainty and able to manage multiple short-term commissions with flexibility and agility. Excellent stakeholder engagement and client relationship management skills. A collaborative team player aligned with Mace values, passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting junior staff development.

Qualifications
