About the Role

We are working with a number of NHS Trusts in London and are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to direct at both project and programme level on behalf of Trusts' capital delivery schemes. The successful candidate will have experience working on projects within the UK healthcare sector.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and embedding change processes within the Programme Management Office (PMO) core team across the programme.
- Integrating programme change control processes with the digital strategy.
- Developing functional requirements for a digital change control solution and supporting its implementation and adoption.
- Integrating processes across all programme baseline and delivery functions including technical, financial, schedule, scope, commercial and risk.
- Ensuring the programme change control process is embedded at both programme and project levels.
- Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline change control processes.
- Maintaining baseline integrity by ensuring consistency of change control and driving timely approval or rejection of proposals.
- Maintaining accurate change registers and associated records for clear and auditable tracking of changes.
- Managing operational issues of programme controls and working with change owners and functional leads to ensure consistency of change proposals.
- Managing change control activities, monitoring trends, lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Maintaining oversight of change volumes, status, dependencies, decisions and emerging concerns.
- Supporting programme leadership in strategic delivery decisions.
- Ensuring timely submission, validation and reporting of change control data.
- Aligning change control processes with risk management to support risk mitigation and opportunity realisation.
- Supporting development and delivery of change control guidance, training and communications for programme teams, Trusts and stakeholders.
- Working with Trusts to develop, implement and continuously improve local change control management processes.
- Building effective relationships across the programme and providing practical support to ensure consistent application of change control processes.
Experience
- Management of change control methodologies and techniques across programmes.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience in change control/project controls within a major construction project or programme.
- Experience rolling out new processes across matrix organisations.
- Good understanding of different functions within project controls.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Digitally savvy.

Qualifications
