We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our growing and dynamic Business Advisory team. In a world of disruption and unprecedented change, our team enables clients to implement bold solutions and solve their most pressing problems.

Our Capital Programmes Advisory capability supports some of the UK's largest organisations in designing, mobilising, and delivering complex, high-value capital investment programmes that shape industries, communities, and places.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the UK and requires experience in one or more of the following areas: capital programme governance and assurance, programme mobilisation and setup, operating model design, delivery strategy and delivery vehicle assessment, PMO, controls and reporting framework design, independent assurance and gateway reviews, programme recovery and optimisation, portfolio prioritisation and investment decision-making, business case development (SOBC, OBC, FBC), benefits management and value realisation, strategic risk and assurance management, and financial modelling including investment appraisal and scenario modelling.

Experience within sectors such as Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Technology, and Real Estate & Development is desirable.

The role involves structuring complex problems, conducting analysis, facilitating client workshops, delivering assessments, influencing senior stakeholders, leading workstreams, translating complex issues into clear client messages, supporting business development, coaching junior team members, and contributing to the continuous development of the Capital Programmes Advisory capability.

Experience
Proven experience in one or more of the key capability areas within capital programmes advisory. Experience supporting major change and transformation programmes is essential. Sector experience in Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Technology, or Real Estate & Development is desirable. Backgrounds may include management consulting (Big-4, Strategy, Boutique firms), engineering, cost & commercial consultancy, programme/project management, or client-side roles with transferable skills.
