We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our growing and dynamic Advisory team within the Procurement & Supply Chain capability. In a world of disruption and unprecedented change, our team supports clients across infrastructure and the built environment to implement bold solutions and solve their most pressing problems.
As part of a global community, you will help some of the UK's largest organisations design, mobilise, and deliver complex investment programmes while maintaining operational excellence. You will enable clients to make better procurement decisions, establish effective supplier relationships, strengthen organisational capability, and realise value from their supply chains.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of sectors including Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Technology, and Real Estate & Development. You will lead workstreams, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to business development while coaching junior team members and advancing our Procurement & Supply Chain Advisory capability.
Key responsibilities include structuring complex problems, conducting analysis, facilitating client workshops, delivering assessments, building trusted relationships, leading projects, translating complex issues into clear messages, and supporting proposals and bids.
Experience
Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Supply Chain and Procurement Strategy
- Category Management
- Contract and Commercial Advice
- Market Engagement & Market Management
- Supplier Relationship & Performance Management
- Procurement Execution
- Supply Chain Sustainability
- Supply Base Resilience & Risk Management
- Process Improvement and Digitisation
- Procurement and Commercial Capability Transformation
Experience within sectors such as Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Technology, or Real Estate & Development is desirable.
Previous experience may come from management consulting (Big-4, Strategy, Boutique firms), engineering, cost & commercial consultancy, programme/project management, or client-side roles with transferable skills.

You are commercially aware, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to business development and sales opportunities. You are passionate about helping clients solve complex challenges and eager to contribute to the growth of the Procurement & Supply Chain Advisory capability.
You have strong intellect, the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively, and a talent for showing clients the right solutions to their most pressing issues.
Qualifications
There are no specific qualification requirements; however, a background in management consulting, engineering, commercial consultancy, or related fields is beneficial. Your skills and knowledge should enable you to pivot into consultancy and thrive in a dynamic advisory environment.
