About the Role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Risk Intelligence Engineering team, based in London or Nottingham. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native platforms that power our global Risk Intelligence products. You will drive innovation by implementing modern DevOps practices and contribute to the evolution of our cloud platform and site reliability engineering capabilities. Your work will involve automating infrastructure using Terraform and GitLab, managing Kubernetes workloads on Amazon EKS with Istio Service Mesh, and ensuring high availability through monitoring and alerting systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business and development goals, continuously improving systems through automation and performance tuning. Experience
- 4+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles
- Demonstrable expertise with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitLab CI, and Bash/Python scripting
- Familiarity with orchestration and monitoring tools such as Istio, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack
- Proven experience building and operating cloud-native platforms

Qualifications
