This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining product thinking, user experience, customer insight and creativity to solve customer problems and shape the future of ITV Studios' digital experiences.
Main responsibilities include:

- Acting as the voice of the customer by articulating design decisions through user insight, commercial value and evidence-based recommendations.
- Thriving within an agile product squad, balancing user needs with commercial objectives and working seamlessly with product owners, technology teams and development partners.
- Applying a rigorous, systematic approach to design leveraging existing design systems and iterating based on user feedback to ensure intuitive, accessible and commercially effective products.

- Supporting the evolution of homepage experiences, genre destinations, collections and programme pages to meet changing customer needs and commercial priorities.
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to develop best practices for customer journeys, digital merchandising and catalogue experiences.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys through experimentation, customer insight and UX thinking while balancing UX best practice with strong editorial judgement.
- Creating wireframes, customer journeys, prototypes and user flows to support new product initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Managing project plans, timelines and stakeholder communication throughout delivery.
- Supporting larger strategic programmes led by the Digital Products Manager, taking ownership of individual workstreams and contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement and roadmap execution.
- Owning quality assurance across ITV Studios' digital products, coordinating functional, regression and user acceptance testing, troubleshooting issues and supporting successful product releases.
- Using analytics, customer behaviour and user research to identify opportunities that improve customer engagement and product performance, translating insight into roadmap recommendations.
- Championing structured catalogue content, metadata and editorial quality to support Catalogue Content Excellence and future Content Hub integration.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Content and Technology teams to improve content governance and support a connected catalogue ecosystem.
- Acting as the customer experience champion throughout product development to ensure every enhancement improves the buyer journey while supporting commercial objectives.
- Building strong relationships across Marketing, Sales, Technology and Content to deliver connected digital experiences.
- Championing collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement by bringing fresh thinking and emerging technologies into future product development.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of one of the world's largest television catalogues, working at the intersection of Product, Marketing and Technology to influence how global buyers discover and engage with world-class content.
