About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Early Years Education Worker to join our dedicated team at Packington Children’s Centre. This vibrant, inclusive, and nurturing environment is committed to giving every child the best start in life. We work closely with families and community partners to provide high-quality early education, care, and support to children aged 0–5. The centre has two nursery rooms: one tailored for children under 3 years, and another for children aged 2-5 years. As a Senior Early Years Education Worker, you will support the delivery of high-quality childcare and education, enabling all children to reach their full potential. Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working in an early years setting, ideally in a similar role supporting childcare and education for children aged 0-5.

You are enthusiastic, committed, and passionate about early years education. You have the ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with children, families, and community partners. You are motivated to support children’s development and wellbeing and are adaptable to working on a rotating shift pattern.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in early years education or childcare are required. You must be able to meet the requirements for an enhanced DBS check with children’s barred list and provide satisfactory references. Commitment to ongoing professional development and safeguarding practices is essential.
