Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS trusts, providing a wide range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. This exciting opportunity is part of an Epic/Digital Programme to transition the Principal Treatment Centre (PTC) from the existing partnership between The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to Evelina London Children's Hospital by October 2026.

We are seeking a passionate Senior Integration Analyst trained and familiar with InterSystems HealthShare® Health Connect, with Epic Bridges certification desirable. The role involves development, testing, maintenance, deployment, and support of Integration Engine interfaces across the Enterprise, including Epic Bridges interfaces across both Trusts.

The post holder will manage interface service desk tickets in line with Trust SLAs, triage Epic Bridges errors, collaborate with ITCS teams, and maintain up-to-date interface documentation. They will oversee interface impacts during Epic upgrades, control the interface delivery lifecycle, and communicate significant changes with Workstream Leads. Participation in a 24/7 on-call rota may be required.

Requirements

Experience
- Delivering workstreams within major programme frameworks
- Managing and developing effective teams
- Deploying and supporting industry-standard integration engines in Acute Trust settings
- Healthcare Interfaces Development
- In-depth specialist knowledge and recent experience of InterSystems Health Connect platform

About you
- Passionate and knowledgeable about healthcare integration technologies
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and delegate effectively
- Innovative problem solver with a strong track record of technical delivery
- Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota for 24/7 support

Qualifications
- Educated to Masters level or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- Certification or demonstrable working knowledge of integration solutions and standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Desirable: Formal qualification in Project Management

Skills
- HL7 interface development using technologies such as .Net, Java, ObjectScript
- Knowledge of integration standards and protocols including HL7, FHIR, IHE, DICOM, REST, HTTP, SOAP
- Ability to maintain high availability and monitor integration platforms
- Familiarity with change control mechanisms and secure decommissioning of legacy systems
- Desirable: Knowledge of learning styles and embedding functional skills within learning events
