The Customer Data Services (CDS) Lab manages customer data for the entire Lloyds Banking Group, ensuring data availability with confidentiality, exceptional engineering performance, resilience, and integrity. We maintain critical systems with the highest standards and aim to take full operational ownership 24/7 using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

Experience
- Leading mainframe engineering teams as a subject matter expert
- Hands-on software engineering maintaining mission-critical mainframe applications
- Working with traditional and modern toolsets including ISPF, IBM & BMC tools, Endevor, GIT, VSCode
- Expert knowledge of COBOL, CICS, and DB2
- Strong understanding of mainframe architecture with a vision for modernisation
