About the Role

As a Senior Manager - Information Management, you will support senior risk professionals by implementing and delivering a range of risk services to support designated projects within the PMO and planning centre of excellence. You will be responsible for defining and delivering Information Management (IM) strategies, standards including ISO19650, and processes for client-facing projects and programmes. You will establish and manage the project/programme IM function in line with these strategies and standards, training and coaching colleagues to drive awareness and continuous improvement. Your role includes managing assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored, leading a team of direct and indirect reports, and ensuring the right principles, structures, tools, and responsibilities are in place to deliver excellence. You will provide comprehensive technical and functional expertise, contribute to the global digital centre of excellence, and support bids with IM strategies and solutions. You will coordinate the setup, implementation, and development of the common data environment (CDE) and develop processes aligned with ISO19650 for digital delivery. Depending on project scale and complexity, you may take overall IM lead or support the Associate Director (IM Lead). You will work collaboratively towards net zero carbon transition goals, sharing responsibility for identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.
Experience
Proven experience with Asite platform. Subject expert knowledge in key IM software such as Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, and others. Experience in managing IM functions on complex projects or programmes. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams and deliver IM strategies and processes aligned with ISO19650.

Qualifications
