As a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety at all times. You will manage your station, oversee production, maintain high quality and presentation standards, collaborate on menu development, and ensure cleanliness and organisation of your designated area. You will work closely with your team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
