As a Senior Procurement Advisory Manager, you will support major infrastructure programmes and projects specifically within the Rail, Aviation or Utilities sectors. You will be part of a team shaping the future of procurement delivery across transformative initiatives, working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. This role offers exposure to high-impact programmes across regions, opportunities for growth and leadership, and access to evolving procurement tools, templates, and digital platforms.
Experience
- Proven track record in supporting, operating and/or leading procurement across complex programmes and projects within multi-stakeholder and team environments.
- Knowledge of public and private sector procurement environments including governance frameworks.
- Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies and standard operating procedures.
- Strong market engagement, supply chain due diligence and contract management lifecycle.
- Experience managing procurement for large complex service and works packages.
- Ability to support, collaborate and interface across multi functions and discipline teams.
- A proactive approach focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Having BPSS or SC Clearance would be beneficial.

Qualifications
