About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. As a Senior Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive project controls service during the delivery of major project(s). This includes reporting and management information, earned value management, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, and critical path analysis. You will manage safe, high-quality, and compliant delivery while promoting inclusion and wellbeing. You will develop and implement PMO and project controls frameworks to support best-in-class service and stakeholder engagement. Managing teams across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting, you will contribute to long-term strategic improvement. Additionally, you will mentor teams, drive knowledge-sharing, and support resourcing and recruitment for the commission.

Experience
Degree qualified with seven years’ relevant experience in linear infrastructure delivery. Strong infrastructure project and programme delivery expertise. Proven commercial acumen and senior stakeholder management. Experienced leader with sustainability and carbon awareness.

About you
Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Ability to manage and mentor teams across cost, schedule, risk and reporting. Committed to promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and safe working practices.
