As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellence through robust systems and client-focused outcomes. You will uphold integrity while managing budgets, risks, and sustainable impact. You will lead teams collaboratively, driving innovation and performance against strategic KPIs, manage project management, technical services, and external resources, and collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.

You will champion safety first by embedding Mace’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing framework and drive programme, design, procurement, and construction through to completion.

Experience
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes.
- Expertise in property or infrastructure project management.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations shape project outlooks.
