The Mobility team is expanding and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in West London supporting the DCO function. You will act as Project Manager covering all project management activities to enable risk reduction in relation to management of time, cost and scope, which in several areas has been secondary to technical delivery and needs to be prioritised to increase confidence in achieving future DCO milestones.

You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle delivery of DCO deliverables and all associated time, cost, quality and scope for a single DCO function. You will consistently feed into the overarching DCO Supply Partner Management team who are responsible for the management, maintenance and reporting of DCO time, cost and scope.

Supporting the functional Head, you will execute the Route to Purchase Order, Route to Change and Route to MPR processes, driving a culture within the function that understands and supports process execution. You will liaise with the DCO Production Management team to update their deliverable’s tracker and assist in the production and maintenance of functional plans on a page. Additionally, you will work closely with Project Planners to update and maintain the DCO P6 schedule and support the identification and management of risks and issues.

Experience
Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the infrastructure sector. Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams. Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen. Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of projects.

About you
Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional or personal development. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex project lifecycles. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and drive process execution. Commitment to safety, client focus, integrity and continuous improvement aligned with Mace’s values.

Qualifications
Relevant professional membership such as RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent is required.
