As the Senior Project Manager, you will work within capital delivery, leading project teams in a collaborative environment and interacting positively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for the simultaneous delivery of multiple water and water recycling projects and/or programmes within the AMP8 programme.

Your role will ensure compliance with the client’s project governance procedures including risk, cost, and change control. You will work collaboratively with other teams across the business to successfully deliver projects.

Key responsibilities include championing safety and wellbeing using Mace’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) framework, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting diversity, inclusion, and a collaborative team culture, and driving ethical delivery aligned with Mace values and sustainability goals.

Experience
Minimum 8 years’ project management experience in water or regulated sectors.
Professional membership such as RICS, CIOB, APM, or ICE is desirable.
NEC accreditation is advantageous.
Strong digital skills with expertise in Oracle and Primavera P6.
Demonstrated commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability awareness.
