As the Senior Project Manager, you will work within capital delivery, leading project teams in a collaborative environment and interacting positively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for the simultaneous delivery of multiple water and water recycling projects and/or programmes within the AMP8 programme.

Your role will ensure compliance with the client’s project governance procedures including risk, cost, and change control. You will work collaboratively with other teams across the business to deliver projects successfully.

Key responsibilities include championing safety and wellbeing using Mace’s HSW framework, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting diversity, inclusion, and a collaborative team culture, and driving ethical delivery aligned with Mace values and sustainability goals.

Experience
8+ years’ project management experience in water or regulated sectors.
Professional membership such as RICS, CIOB, APM, or ICE and NEC accreditation are desirable.
Strong digital skills with expertise in Oracle and Primavera P6.
Demonstrated commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability awareness.
