About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage projects to achieve agreed outcomes on time, within budget and quality standards. You will provide day-to-day leadership, aligning teams to deliver objectives and KPIs while managing risks, change processes, and internal fee targets. Your role will ensure collaboration and excellence throughout project delivery.

You will manage project delivery from inception to completion, maintaining programme, quality, and milestone targets. This includes managing budgets, risks, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve KPIs. You will lead design teams, consultants, and stakeholders, driving collaboration and service excellence. Additionally, you will foster inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation while upholding Mace’s core values.

Experience
Proven experience delivering public sector projects. Strong project management, commercial and financial expertise. Experience managing design teams, consultants, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and service excellence.

Qualifications
Professional membership such as RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent development.
