About the Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will manage projects to achieve agreed outcomes on time, within budget and quality standards. You will provide day-to-day leadership, aligning teams to deliver objectives and KPIs. Your responsibilities include managing risks, change processes, and internal fee targets, ensuring collaboration and excellence throughout project delivery.

You will manage project delivery from inception to completion, maintaining programme, quality, and milestones. This includes managing budgets, risks, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve KPIs. You will foster inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation while upholding Mace values. You will lead design teams, consultants, and stakeholders, driving collaboration and service excellence. Additionally, you will oversee budgets, risks, and change management, maintaining accurate plans and documentation.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience delivering public sector projects. Strong project management, commercial, and financial expertise. Experience managing design teams, consultants, and senior stakeholders.

About you
Ability to lead teams and engage senior stakeholders effectively. Awareness and commitment to sustainability. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Alignment with Mace values including safety, client focus, integrity, and creating opportunity.

Qualifications
Professional membership such as RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent development.
