About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage projects to achieve agreed outcomes on time, within budget and quality standards. You will provide day-to-day leadership, aligning teams to deliver objectives and KPIs while managing risks, change processes, and internal fee targets. Your role will ensure collaboration and excellence throughout project delivery.

You will be responsible for managing project delivery from inception to completion, maintaining quality, programme milestones, and budgets. You will lead design teams, consultants, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and service excellence. Managing risks, change management, and maintaining accurate plans and documentation will be key to your success. You will also foster inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation while upholding Mace’s core values.

Experience
Proven experience delivering public sector projects. Strong project management, commercial, and financial expertise. Ability to lead teams and engage senior stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications
Professional membership such as RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent development is required. Awareness of sustainability principles is essential.
