Our Water Management team is seeking a Senior Wastewater Modeller to develop wastewater models, manage key project aspects, and engage closely with clients to grow Arcadis’s project portfolio. Collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and creative thinking are central to this role.

The team leads some of the UK’s most technically demanding projects and AMP8 programmes, working alongside leading water companies and contractors. Projects focus on tackling flooding challenges, reducing storm overflow pollution, and improving network resilience while ensuring compliance with UK regulatory requirements such as WINEP.

This role is ideal for a motivated, independent professional seeking career progression and the opportunity to mentor others. You will take a leadership role in client engagement and management, ensuring technical deliverables meet client expectations and fostering ongoing collaboration and growth.

Experience
- Advanced expertise in hydraulic modelling for wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in model quality assurance procedures
- Skilled in team and stakeholder coordination and management
- Strong report-writing skills
- Proficient in InfoWorks ICM; HADES knowledge is advantageous
- Competent in relevant GIS software packages
- Coding experience is desirable
