About the Role
As a Critical Environment Technician (CET) within Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team, you will maintain and support the critical infrastructure that ensures our datacenters operate efficiently and reliably. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers and vendors, identifying safe versus unsafe work environments, performing hands-on maintenance, and responding to onsite incidents while collaborating with other critical facilities professionals. You will use telemetry and other monitoring platforms to oversee equipment performance and operations.
