About the Role
We are seeking two highly motivated and skilled Site Managers to join our Facilities & Premises Team. These roles are central to ensuring our school estate is safe, clean, well maintained and operating smoothly for pupils, staff and visitors. While each Site Manager will be based at a designated site, both roles require flexible working across multiple school sites.

This is a hands-on position for individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards, proactive problem solving and effective team management. You will play a key role in supporting a safe and well-functioning environment across our diverse school community, contributing directly to the wellbeing and experience of pupils and staff.

Riverside School is a forward-thinking all-age special school with 358 pupils across four sites: St Paul’s Cray, Beckenham, West Wickham and Bromley Phoenix. Experience
Proven leadership skills with experience managing premises or site teams. Knowledge of statutory compliance, health & safety and premises management is essential.
