We are looking for a commercially minded Lettings Support Officer to join our housing team. You will play a vital role in the successful delivery of all temporary accommodation and private sector projects.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in property lettings who enjoys building long term partnerships in a competitive market and supporting households to sustain tenancies.

This is a fast-paced frontline role requiring excellent problem-solving skills as well as a strong commitment to customer service and positive outcomes.

Experience
Experience in the Housing Sector, particularly in property lettings, is essential. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of business relationships and deliver results against clear performance targets.
