About the Role
UNIQLO, a leading brand of the Fast Retailing Group and one of the largest apparel retailers globally, is seeking a Social Media Project Manager to join the EU team. Reporting to the EU Social Media Manager, you will work closely with internal departments and external suppliers across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to shape how millions of customers engage with the UNIQLO brand online through inspiring, relevant, and platform-tailored content. You will own social media channels, create and optimise content strategies, drive channel performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver engaging content that supports brand, marketing, and commercial goals. Working at the heart of a collaborative marketing team, you will combine creativity, trend awareness, and data-driven thinking to bring products and campaigns to life, build meaningful connections with audiences, and drive real business impact.

Requirements

Experience
5+ years managing social media channels, particularly TikTok.
Strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and audience behaviour.
Proven experience creating engaging, platform-native content.
Experience working with influencers, creators, and user-generated content (UGC).
Experience working with creative teams and briefing content production.
Knowledge of social media analytics and content optimisation tools.
Understanding of e-commerce, customer journeys, and conversion-focused content.
