About the Role
As a Social Worker, you will work with service users and their carers to promote and maintain their dignity, choice, and independence. You will assist as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life by devising re-enablement programmes aimed at maximising independence and helping service users access practical resources where appropriate. The successful candidate will be required to be office based at least two days a week.
