About the Role
As a Community Safety Co-ordinator, you will provide a co-ordinated multi-agency response to complex Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) hot spots by delivering area-based problem-solving processes. You will develop and lead community-based solutions and events such as ASB Awareness Week, responding to residents and local businesses with solution-focused strategies. The role involves overseeing the problem-solving process, monitoring performance, and supporting partners to achieve sustainable reductions in ASB. This is a key position contributing to safer communities within the borough.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience with recent problem-solving training, preferably in the SARA Model. Degree-level education or a relevant professional qualification of similar level, or equivalent experience as detailed in the job description.

Qualifications
Degree-level education or relevant professional qualification of similar level, or equivalent experience. Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required upon appointment.
