About the Role
This is a position for an experienced practitioner as a Social Worker within the Staying Together Team. You will manage a caseload of more complex and higher need families in crisis, working to prevent family breakdown and avoid children entering the care system. The role involves building positive, supportive, and respectful relationships with families.

You will work within a supported practice environment that respectfully challenges and enables you to use your professional judgement, autonomy, experience, knowledge, and skills. These are key aspects of the Signs of Safety practice model, which guides our work with children, families, and the wider professional network.

Qualifications
