About the Role
Raffles London at The OWO is a landmark destination combining heritage and luxury with 120 rooms and suites, 85 branded residences, 12 restaurants and bars, the Guerlain spa, Pillar Wellness, and a grand ballroom. As a Spa Butler, you will be responsible for welcoming and looking after all residents, guests, and members entering the spa, fitness, and pool areas. Your role is to ensure the guest experience meets the high standards of the Raffles brand by providing personal attention, anticipating guest needs, and escorting them to appropriate facilities. You will collaborate closely with all hotel departments to deliver seamless and exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations. Key responsibilities include greeting guests by name, recognising VIPs, managing guest preferences and requests, maintaining spa amenities and appearance, handling guest complaints discreetly, and supporting the fitness and pool areas. You will also assist with maintaining hygiene standards, preparing refreshments, and supporting other departments as needed. This role demands a commitment to health and safety, guest confidentiality, and upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Experience
Previous experience within a luxury hotel environment working with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is desirable but not essential.

Passion for wellness and commitment to delivering exceptional service in any situation. Proven ability to provide high levels of service under pressure. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance. Willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.

Qualifications
Enthusiasm and commitment to offering the best guest experiences. Knowledge of spa reservation systems, POS, and operational controls is advantageous. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
