About the Role
Join us in delivering the exceptional Raffles experience at Raffles London at The OWO, a landmark Grade II* Edwardian building on Whitehall. As a Spa Therapist, you will perform spa treatment sessions within the spa and wellness department, providing safe, professional, and hygienic treatments to guests and members. You will stay updated with the latest trends and servicing protocols to ensure uncompromising attention to every guest. Working closely with all hotel departments, you will help deliver a seamless and consistent service that exceeds guest expectations. Your role also includes recommending treatment aftercare, selling spa retail products, maintaining treatment room standards and inventory, and assisting in spa operations including reception and thermal areas. Acting as an ambassador for the spa, you will represent the brand values of Raffles and Accor, maintaining a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
Health and Safety
You will ensure all hazards are reported and rectified promptly, be fully conversant with departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures, and strictly adhere to laws and ordinances to safeguard guests, colleagues, and property. You will promote a general awareness of health and safety within the department.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a spa therapist, preferably within luxury spas or hotels. Previous experience working in luxury spa environments and familiarity with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is desirable.

Passionate about wellness with enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences in all situations. Proven ability to provide high levels of service under pressure. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance. Willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
Qualifications
Current professional license required. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification essential.
