About the Role
Join the prestigious Raffles London at The OWO, a landmark Grade II* Edwardian building on Whitehall, where luxury, heritage, and exceptional service converge. As a Spa Therapist, you will perform spa treatment sessions within the spa and wellness department, delivering treatments in a safe, professional, and hygienic manner. You will keep updated with the latest trends and protocols to provide uncompromising attention to guests and members. Working closely with other hotel departments, you will ensure a smooth and consistent service that exceeds guest expectations. Your responsibilities include acting as an ambassador for the spa and brand, maintaining professional appearance and demeanor, recommending aftercare and retail products, managing treatment room standards and inventory, and assisting in spa operations including reception and thermal areas. You will also uphold health and safety standards, reporting hazards and adhering to emergency procedures to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and property. Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a spa therapist, preferably within luxury spas or hotel environments. Proven ability to deliver high levels of service under pressure.
About You
Passionate about wellness with enthusiasm and commitment to offering the best service and experiences. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance. Willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
Qualifications
Current professional license required. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Previous experience working in luxury hotels with LQA, Forbes 5* or equivalent standards is desirable.
