About the Role
Join Ferrovial, a global leader in infrastructure, where innovation meets opportunity. Ferrovial BAM JV has a strong track record of delivering major UK infrastructure projects and is now responsible for the track infrastructure across the full HS2 route. As a Sub Agent – Rail & Track, you will play a key role in supporting the Agent with cost management, programme preparation, and mentoring site engineers to maintain strong engineering control and accurate project records. You will collaborate with commercial teams to ensure accurate measurement and payment records, allocate labour, plant, materials and temporary works designs, and manage material orders and subcontractor relationships to ensure timely delivery and effective service. Promoting company values, maintaining health, safety, quality and environmental standards, and preparing daily activity briefings and site diaries will be essential parts of your role. This position offers the opportunity to work on one of the UK's most significant rail infrastructure projects, contributing to the future of transportation.

Experience
- Previous experience working on HS2 or other major UK rail infrastructure projects (desirable)
- Developing commercial and contractual knowledge with practical application
- Experience working in a cost-conscious environment
- Good people management experience
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Valid CSCS card
- Technical knowledge of civil engineering with proven experience at Section Engineer level on site across civil engineering and utilities projects
- Computer literacy

Qualifications
