We are seeking a Support Lawyer to join our Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice on a 6-month contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with 2+ years of paralegal experience at a large law firm to work on complex, high-profile disputes and investigations. The position will primarily focus on document review, including the analysis, categorisation, and management of large volumes of documentation related to litigation, arbitration, and investigations.

Key responsibilities include conducting document review exercises, assisting with disclosure and evidence management, drafting and maintaining chronologies and witness files, undertaking legal research and preparing summaries, managing matter documentation including indexing and data room administration, reviewing and redacting documents using eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, and supporting matter teams with administrative and project-based tasks. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to client and matter requirements.

Requirements

Experience
UK qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' experience as a Paralegal or Support Lawyer within a large law firm. Proven experience in general paralegal duties including document review, bundling, trial and hearing preparation, chronology creation, and matter management. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with document review or eDiscovery platforms is advantageous.

Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work accurately under pressure. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage large volumes of documentation. Comfortable working within a team and supporting multiple tasks. Adaptable to working with third-party providers and flexible in approach to project requirements.

Qualifications
Qualified solicitor in the UK. Paralegal or support lawyer experience within a large law firm environment is essential.
