You will also line manage, coach, and develop a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and work closely with local HR teams to oversee onboarding and pre-employment screening. Harris Federation offers a highly collaborative and inclusive culture focused on social mobility and educational excellence for disadvantaged communities.
