About the Role
The Team Assistant - Corporate provides essential day-to-day organisational and business administration support to Senior Team Members across Legal, Investments, and Development, supporting Greystar Europe. Key responsibilities include setting up meetings with calendar invitations, booking rooms and catering, preparing documents for presentations and compliance, and managing worldwide travel and accommodation bookings in line with company policies. The role also involves handling senior level expenses, managing meeting rooms, welcoming visitors, providing hospitality and logistics support, and managing incoming and outgoing post and courier requests. Collaboration with the Office Manager and Executive Assistants is required to assist with planning and organising corporate and team events, including liaising with venues, organising catering, preparing agendas, and coordinating events on the day. Additional duties include maintaining and updating business templates, setting up new suppliers, processing invoices, providing ad-hoc administration support, and participating in the wider business support community by sharing best practices and covering for colleagues during absences.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role providing operational administrative and business support within a busy, fast-paced, professional, and confidential environment, preferably dealing with blue-chip clients.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing commercial standard business correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Excellent relationship building skills to engage and influence managers and team members to meet deadlines and achieve results.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and anomalies in documents and reports.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- A good rounded education (GCSEs/A Levels) or equivalent experience in secretarial or administrative support.
- IT literacy with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel (at least intermediate level).
- Desirable: Experience working in professional or financial services.
- Desirable: Qualified first-aider and/or fire warden.
