About the Role
The Front of House Manager supports the Community and Assistant Manager in the daily front of house operations, supervising the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve leasing and occupancy goals that drive revenue targets. Leading by example, you will foster positive and professional relationships, creating a vibrant and welcoming community for residents.
Key responsibilities include acting as a role model by demonstrating core values, motivating the team to meet NPS objectives, leasing goals, and occupancy targets, and overseeing daily property activities to ensure alignment with company standards. You will collaborate with marketing to develop local strategies based on market data, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Promoting resident satisfaction and retention is central to the role, requiring timely responses to inquiries and complaints and proactive service improvements. You will manage property systems to generate sales and leasing reports, monitor unit availability, recommend rent pricing and concessions, and participate actively in the leasing process including qualifying prospects and tenancy management.
Additional duties include coordinating with the facilities team to maintain property appearance, assisting with health and safety compliance, reporting to investors, and participating in an on-call roster for emergency support. Ensuring all operations comply with company policies and housing regulations is essential.
Experience
Proven experience in leading and motivating a team within a similar management environment, with a strong track record of delivering service excellence. Demonstrable ability to coach and mentor team members, identify talent, develop capabilities, and support succession planning.

Qualifications
Good general education. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with property operations software is preferred but training will be provided.
