About the Role
In this role, you will provide a cost-effective training service to managers and staff to ensure that all employees have the necessary skills and certificates to carry out their roles. You will be motivated as a team member to attain various objectives and complete reasonable tasks related to training, including motivating employees to attend training and gain competencies. You will work with all departments to make the necessary arrangements for delegates to attend training and keep all records updated to help them obtain full compliance. You will also be required to update delegates' personal files with qualification copies.

Key responsibilities include working as part of the Joint Venture Training Team to provide effective and timely administration in support of training activities; ensuring Learning & Development administrators efficiently book and deliver relevant training; completing all personal training as appropriate; raising purchase orders, receipting orders, and resolving invoice queries; coordinating and administering the CITB levy/claim with Balfour Beatty; liaising with internal and external training providers; booking training venues when required; updating, developing, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive training records; acting as a primary user for administering and managing the Training Database Records; extracting, consolidating, and manipulating learning and development data for regular reports and on request; responding to other Training Department requirements; monitoring qualification expiry dates to ensure timely renewals; and continuously developing and improving current systems to ensure ongoing compliance with qualifications to meet industry standards and regulations.

Experience
Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Ability to communicate at all levels
Full driving license
