About the Role
The Team Performance Lead will motivate and support a professional clinical operations team to achieve high performance and quality standards, compliant activity, and excellent customer service. This will be achieved through effective performance and team management, working closely with Clinical Practice Leads, Clinical Auditors, and supporting the Delivery Manager to ensure smooth delivery of assessment centre activities.

Key responsibilities include supervising Clinical Assessment Centre sessions (face to face, telephone, paper-based, and remote assessments), developing and retaining quality staff across clinical and non-clinical roles, and managing day-to-day resources to ensure efficient delivery of all assigned functional assessments.

The role involves managing individual performance using the HAAS Performance Excellence Framework, ensuring staff exceed minimum performance targets through regular reviews, coaching, and development. The Team Performance Lead will foster staff engagement and support through feedback and action plans based on individual and team balanced scorecards.

Continuous improvement methodologies will be applied to enhance service delivery, considering clinician and claimant engagement. Effective communication across clinical operations, clinical excellence, and business support functions is essential. The role also contributes to best practice sharing through shared resources, skills, and expertise.
