As a Technology Support Service Engineer, you will assist and provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, desktop, and application-related issues. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing technical problems, managing account setups and network configurations, and handling incoming ticket requests with accurate and timely updates.
You will review incident tickets for proper routing, first call resolution, problem detection, and timely closure. Collaboration with system owners and senior Technology & Data teams is essential to ensure effective support and escalation of complex issues. Additionally, you will assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software, provide first-level technical support, and maintain detailed documentation of service requests and resolutions.
You will also be responsible for logging and tracking all service requests and incidents in the ticketing system, providing data and reporting on key performance indicators to monitor operational performance, service level agreement compliance, and continuous improvement.
Experience
Experience in IT support within a global professional services or corporate environment, preferably in the legal sector. Proven ability to provide on-site technical assistance and collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining detailed records of service requests and resolutions.

Qualifications
