About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ is among the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services for people in south London, as well as specialist care for patients from further afield. Our Transformation team works with clinical and operational teams of the Heart, Lung, and Critical Care Clinical Group to identify opportunities for service improvement, create a vision for enhancements, and provide the necessary resources and tools to execute changes collaboratively. We aspire to continually enhance the quality of care, patient outcomes, and experiences while future-proofing our organization and protecting our world-leading services and research.

Requirements

Experience
Experience in managing and leading a project/initiative to improve quality and/or efficiency of service delivery, with demonstrable quantitative and/or qualitative benefits, within a specific timescale. Experience of working closely and effectively with senior operational and clinical leaders to effect change.

About you
Ability to analyze data sets using Microsoft Excel, draw conclusions, and share these in a clear fashion with stakeholders. Highly organized and structured approach to work, including the use of implementation plans and reporting.

Qualifications
Educated to postgraduate level or equivalent experience or training plus further project management and/or service improvement knowledge. Training in a recognized specialist improvement methodology (e.g. Agile, Prince2, Lean, MSP, QSIR College) is essential.
