About the Role
The Treatment Manager is responsible for the quality oversight, facilitation, and delivery of Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions addressing offending behaviour in line with court sentence requirements. This regionally based role reports directly to a Programme Manager and involves providing professional supervision and advice to Programme Facilitators across the region to improve performance, skills, and development opportunities.
The Treatment Manager ensures that programmes are delivered according to the Accredited Programme manual and session content requirements through video monitoring, feedback, and group supervision. They also provide ‘On Call’ support for referral enquiries and staff assistance.
Key responsibilities include managing the quality of programme delivery, supporting Programme Facilitators through professional supervision and session monitoring, providing advice and training to staff and external organisations, managing risks presented by people on Probation during programmes, coordinating programme planning and preparation, and contributing to the implementation of nationally agreed changes to programme manuals. The role may also involve delivering accredited and non-accredited programmes to maintain accreditation.

Experience
Experience in managing or supporting the delivery of Accredited Programmes or Structured Interventions within a probation or criminal justice setting is desirable. Proven ability to provide professional supervision and support to staff is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in probation, criminal justice, psychology, social work, or related fields are advantageous. A commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to accredited programme standards is expected.
