About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Undergraduate Coordinator with a strong background in education. This role requires an individual who can quickly adapt and manage the operational delivery of Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) services, providing essential support to the Medical Education management team. The post-holder will support the management of Undergraduate Medical Students' clinical skills teaching and assessments, including the operational management and coordination of multiple undergraduate assessments and clinical skills teaching for Years 2/3 (Stage 2) or Years 4/5 (Stage 3). Responsibilities include developing and implementing a recruitment strategy to engage consultants and multidisciplinary staff in the provision of undergraduate teaching examinations and clinical skills teaching.

Experience
Significant experience of education and training (or related) administration. Project management experience, particularly in the introduction of new systems within an education setting. Desirable: Experience of OSCE delivery.

About you
Ability to plan complex programmes and activities and to adjust plans to meet changing requirements or achieve targets. Confidence working with busy medical and executive level professionals.

Qualifications
Educated to degree level.
